1. Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data — the username/email and password you use to sign in to the app.
• Project data — the briefs, files (plans, PDFs, images) and models you upload or generate. This is your professional content; we process it only to provide the service.
• Preferences — your interface language and cookie consent, stored locally in your browser.
• Minimal technical logs — standard server logs (IP, timestamp, request) kept for security and operation.

Why we process it (legal basis)

To deliver the service you request (performance of a contract), to keep it secure (legitimate interest), and to comply with the law. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or third-party profiling.

Retention

Project data is kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete a project or your account at any time.

2. Cookie policy

ArchitectForge uses essential cookies / local storage only:

• an authentication/session token so the app knows you are signed in;
• your language choice and your cookie-consent choice.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, the site works without a tracking-consent step; the banner is purely informational.

3. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us on WhatsApp at +66 64 027 2121; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
